An upbeat, street smart young woman from California. Calleigh is the Echelon team's spy and assassin. She is known for her crass, tomboyish behavior but still manages to look and act feminine. She uses technology to enhance her continuously dwindling mutant ability to control air and electricity. She's extremely fast and agile, being able to use parkour with superhuman proficiency. Despite being sociable and generally happy, she talks little about herself and dislikes being asked personal questions. A kleptomaniac with little sense of privacy, deep inside she just wants to find her missing step-sister, who she thought vanished because of her irresponsibility.
Calleigh is born a mutant. Discovering her abilities to manipulate the air and electricity, Calleigh has delved into doing juvenile crime and abusing her abilities in secret. While she never got caught thanks to her natural-born skills to evade capture and be invisible when she wants to, Calleigh grew up to be a rebel. But her powers began to decline as she got older, causing her to grow desperate and fall into depression. She ran away from home and lived by hitchhiking with her sister, taking whatever they could and even resorting to crime just to survive. Calleigh became addicted to drugs and resorted to stealing until she was discovered by the Spiral Foundation.

- Air and Electricity manipulation - allows her to float and glide, replicating the movements of high-speed inline skates. She can project air and lightning offensively and defensively, using ambient energy as a power source. Using electricity and air to bend light, she can turn invisible to the naked eye and even fool mundane heat sensors.
- Superhuman condition - allows her to do parkour and other elaborate feats of agility. She excels in close-combat (Krav Maga combined with tricking) and can create buzz-saw like blades of electricity capable of slashing and cauterizing it's targets in a melee fight or throwing them like flying disks. Her speed is her biggest asset, being able to dodge bullets and plasma weaponry with ease.
- A former thief, con-artist and a capable spy. Expert at planning elaborate heist and infiltration. Just as good in making things up along the way. She's also excellent in stealth, being able to infiltrate highly secured installations without being detected.
- Has extremely nimble hands and could take things from pockets without others noticing.
- Likes social networking sites and blogging about her adventures, along with taking videos to post them online.
- Her love for movies, costumes, fashion, and make-up are not just to look pretty and seductive, she can use it to her advantage to make nearly foolproof disguises and cover identities. Her height, small frame, and feminine face are the only thing that limits her choices of disguises.

- She's very good with kids. They find her easily relatable and not intimidating unlike her two Echelon co-agents (Sofia and Troy, who are both intimidating). It helps that she used to babysit to make ends meet when she ran away from home.
